We appreciated after we first called you, how quickly you were able to come and give us an estimate, also then how quickly you worked us into your schedule, especially with all the rain we have been having. The crew that came out to do the job were polite and respectful of the property. 

The step is very secure. Because the railings are at the patio doors, of course they could not be fastened to the house. I was concerned this might eventually be a safety issue, so your guys did some extra welding (at no extra cost) of the railings to the step - no longer any wobble of the railings at all. The iron railings and step have made all the difference. Now the patio is used every single day!
